PROGRESS REPORTS DUE TO BROWN AND ROE BY WEDNESDAY 9/22

PE

Attached is a sign up sheet for PE times - we will set aside one basketball court, the back side of the grass area and the MPR for PE.

This new protocol will go into effect Monday. Please plan PE with thoughtful intent and maximize the instructional time. We have control over them while they are here and it is important that we are intentional with every minute of instruction.

The MPR has two Gaga ball pits set up and I am ordering two indoor nets for badminton or volleyball. In the MPR you will find all the PE equipment. We have basketballs, bouncy balls, footballs (and flags), soccer balls, Kick ball sets, volleyball balls, scoops and whiffle balls, and badminton rackets/birdies. (We do have Game Day curriculum if you want it, see shelley).

Let me know if you have additional requests.

If you need any FOSS materials or replenishments please fill out this form and let us know you added to it. :)

Birthday celebrations/ Treats in class

All treats need to be cleared through you. Please check with Amber on food allergies. Treats arrivals need to be planned and worked out with you. Please remind all your parents not to send items without a plan as they won't get through the office. Preferably students need to bring to school with them, this helps remove time out of class or interrupted class time getting treats delivered.

All treats need to be store bought and individually wrapped.

I know times are different this year. So I would like your help. If you notice a student with Covid Like Symptoms Please call over the radio with just your name and that you have a student with "what kind of covid like symptom". That will put multiple people in play. I will then direct you where to send your student. We have an area where students can be assessed to determine if they need to go home or if they are able to go to class. The district has a protocol in place to help keep our school safe and open. I appreciate you doing your part.
